The now complete collection of the VI ESI Foal Auction that will be held on August 27th in Klein Roscharden will contain an absolutely rare foal. Under the fitting name of Blaue Mauritius [Blue Mauritius], a filly by the legendary Holstein stallion Landadel will be up for sale - probably the only foal by this stallion to be sold at an auction world-wide. The dam line of this extremely well bred, bay filly who also has For Pleasure-Grannus in the pedigree, is the origin of around 15 successful advanced (S) level show jumpers, including Priamus Z under Vincent Voorn/NED, the European Champion of Young Riders and winner of the Stallions of the World Show Jumping Competition of Lanaken/BEL.
A total of 56 jumper foals, all by well-known jumper-makers, often with the highest achievements in show jumping themselves and from reliable dam lines, were recruited by the ESI-makers, Henrik Klatte and Otto Vaske, during their selection trips throughout Germany and neighboring countries for the sixth edition of the ESI Foal Auction. The concentration of quality sets new standards.
Another new feature of the VI ESI Foal Auction will be the possibility to download the collection directly on a smart phone through an app.
